RUNCHENG ELECTRIC APPLIANCE LIMITED (潤成電器有限公司) ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it. We comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR.

1. Data we collect

• Orders: name, email, billing country and order details, received from our payment provider when you buy.
• Messages: what you send us by email.
• Payment data: card and wallet details are collected and processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) under their own privacy policies. We never receive your full card number.

2. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Checkout pages hosted by payment providers may set their own cookies.

3. Free tools

Our free tools run in your browser. Files you open in them are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

4. Why we use your data

To deliver your purchase, send receipts and download links, provide support and refunds, prevent fraud, and keep accounting and tax records required by law (legal bases: contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests). We do not sell your data. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (payment providers, email delivery, hosting, accountants and auditors) and with authorities where the law requires. Some providers process data outside Hong Kong.

6. Retention

Order and accounting records are kept for at least 7 years, as required by Hong Kong law. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years.

7. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data and, where applicable, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing. Contact us at service@runchengelectric.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (Hong Kong) or your local data protection authority.
