All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping fees.

How delivery works

After successful payment, a download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email you entered at checkout, normally within minutes.
Files are ZIP archives containing XLSX, PDF and/or PNG files, as listed on each product page.
If you do not receive the email within 1 hour, check your spam folder, then contact service@runchengelectric.com with your order number and we will resend the link.

Software you need

Excel files open in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc or Google Sheets (some formulas work best in Excel or LibreOffice). PDFs open in any PDF reader.

Availability

Products are available worldwide except where payment providers or sanctions laws do not allow sales.
